For optimal results, we recommend attending 2-3 classes per week. However, even once a week can provide benefits. Listen to your body and allow for rest and recovery as needed.
Yes, Pilates can be highly beneficial during pregnancy, but we recommend private or semi-private sessions. These allow the instructor to tailor exercises to your specific needs at every stage.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. We recommend avoiding loose clothing, as it can get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are mandatory and available for purchase at the studio.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel for comfort if you need one, and a positive attitude! We provide all necessary equipment, including mats, Reformers, and props.
