Guidelines

If it’s your first visit to Backstage Pilates, we kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the health screening and waiver and meet your instructor.

At Backstage Pilates, we require all participants to wear grip socks. If you don't have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio. These socks are essential for hygiene and provide extra traction during exercises.

Upon arriving at Backstage Pilates, please place your shoes and bag in the designated area. We also recommend turning off your cell phone before class. Our group classes last for 50 minutes.

At Backstage Pilates, all packages, whether group or private, are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry to the class, as it can be distracting to both the instructor and fellow participants.

Scheduling a class at Backstage Pilates is easy: you can book directly on our website. Alternatively, you can email us at info@backstagepilates.com or call us at +1 (754) 777-1250. If there's space available, we'll gladly reserve a spot for you.

Cancellations

At Backstage Pilates, we require a 12-hour notice to cancel a group class and a 24-hour notice for private sessions. This means you must cancel at least 12 or 24 hours before your class begins, respectively, to avoid a late cancellation fee or losing the class.

To cancel a reservation at Backstage Pilates, you can email us at info@backstagepilates.com or call the studio at +1 (754) 777-1250.

At Backstage Pilates, if we need to cancel a class due to minimum enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify students via email or phone call.
