At Backstage Pilates, our instructors inspire clients throughout our 50-minute, choreographed sessions. They are adept at safely and effectively leading clients through our contemporary Pilates routines, offering modifications and form adjustments as needed. Instructors are expected to provide support and motivation to clients across a range of skill levels. They embody the brand and culture, fostering a welcoming and engaging community environment. Our dedicated Backstage Pilates instructors are committed team members who passionately engage with both the workout and their colleagues. They may also take on additional responsibilities as assigned and are required to be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
